Note: The conference has entrusted "Sichuan Zhihuiyou New Material Technology Research Institute" as the receiving entity for registration fees, covering all conference expenses. Invoices will be issued uniformly by "Sichuan Zhihuiyou New Material Technology Research Institute". All payments are processed in CNY; USD equivalents are provided for international convenience.
Fee-Related Notes
- • Except for invited experts, all participants are required to pay the registration fee (includes meals and materials during the conference, excluding accommodation and transportation). Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- • Invoices will be issued as "Exhibition Services / Conference Fees". Please contact the organizing committee in advance if you have special requirements.
- • For paid registrations, invoices will be sent to your registered email. For on-site registrations, invoices will be issued within 7–10 working days after the conference.
- • Refund policy: Refunds are generally not accepted after payment. However, requests made before October 1, 2026 will be considered; no refunds will be processed after that date, but you may substitute another participant.
